HTML5 VPN RDP errors

Hello!

I'm having problems with RDP sessions from HTML5 VPN portal. I have tried to connect to several hosts, but none is working. It opens new window, and hangs on "starting new session"
Here is info from logs:

Have anyone had a similar problem?

    Time for QA:

    Here is info from logs:

    Which log is this from?  HTML5 VPN Portal log?  It looks like the SSL VPN log.  You are running the HTML5 VPN from within the User Portal, right?
    What do you have set for the RDP connection at Remote Access > HTML5 VPN Portal > Global?
    Are the hosts running Windows?
    On the hosts you are trying to RDP into, do both RDP security settings and local firewall settings allow for the connections?

    We have the same issue now with Windows Server 2012R2.
    The Screen hangs on "Starting new session".

    An other HTML5 Server with Windows Server 2008R2 works at first. 
    But after a while the user gets disconnected. When trying to connect to the host again he gets the message „Unable to connect to Host“. 
    On the server istself the User session is still active but he can't reconnect.

    We are using Firmware: 9.309-3.

    Dis you already solve the issue?

    We solved the uissue on Windows Server 2012R2.
     
    Advance System Settings > Remote. then untick “Only Allow connections form computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication”
