Problem connecting to SSL RA VPN for 1 user

Hello, one of our users connects succesfull to the VPN but then doesn't get any bytes transferred and can not reach anything.

This is the part of the log file where I think the problem is visible. What can be the cause of this?

    Those errors, I usually receive when my TAPI Adapter is disabled, but in that Case, the connection will not get established.

    Last Line of your Error Log could point to a routing issue, that leads to the question what is your local IP Range, what is your Remote IP Range?

    Local and remote ranges are different and non-overlapping.
