Site to Site IPSec VPN issues with some sites

I am having issues with some sites, specifically those that seem to use content distribution networks or are SSL'd (only some, I can access other SSL sites).

I have 2 sites connected using Site to Site IPSec VPN tunnel, with Site B routing all traffic through Site A.

Site A:
Remote Network - 192.168.1.x
Local Network - Any

Site B:
Remote Network - Any
Local Network - 192.168.1.x

All traffic seems to be flowing, but I can't seem to make secure connections. Specifically I can reproduce this issue with sites like box.com or bing.com.
