Host to route internet traffic through VPN

Hi,
Been having some trouble with getting one host from a remote network (site 2) which has a SSL VPN connection between the two UTM's to pass all its traffic through the VPN for just one host.

>I want one host on the remote network (site 2) which is reachable to pass all traffic for internet through the VPN to (site 1)

1. I have SLL VPN up and working (site 1 to site 2)
2. I have allowed internet IPV4 in the local network within the SSL VPN (site 1)
3. I have setup a policy route for that host to route any any to a gateway which is the distant UTM local LAN Interface IP (site 2)
4. I have allowed DNS for that host in site 1  (site 1)

I been trying to set this up for some time and getting no where. Any help would be greatly received I have read up on forums and done rulz 1

For info when I test the host I get "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET"
And all hosts at (site 2) has trouble accessing the internet.
