SSL VPN client flapping on end user system

Hello Guys, 

A few of users SSL VPN client start flapping due to which SSL vpn disconnects and connects randomly automatically. It happens with random users.

Sometimes it does not. 

Any thoughts what could be reason. Also i observed when i myself use SSL VPN client it slows the remote desktop connection as well as other services. But if i use Cisco VPN client which use IPsec it works normally.
