Trying to nail this little sucker down and trying to figure out if it's a bug or a feature from Sophos.
I am running 9.310-11 and haven't used remote access in a while, probably last used when I was on 9.2 and it worked. Went to use it last week and couldn't connect from my laptop or my iPad.
None of my settings have changed other than upgrading to the latest build of Sophos for home.
When I go to log in from either laptop or iPad, this is what is showing up in the log file.

I am direct on the internet, not sure if I just need to delete a file or tweak something in CLI but any direction would be greatly appreciated.
