IpSec Tunnels blocking DNS Registration in AD

Hiya,

I have a big problem which is proving very hard to resolve.

I have set up multiple offices that all connect into a central data center.

Each site connects using IPSec VPN. It works well and traffic flows over the wire  without any issues, except of course for one:

The domain controllers are sitting in the DataCentre. Every time a client PC/Laptop tries to register itself with the DNS Server, it fails.

the DNS Servers are fully accessible and able to resolve nslookups/pings etc, its just the registration.

Connecting a separate VPN Connection directly into the DC works fine, so there's nothing wrong with AD/DNS.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly apprenticed!
