Sophos SSL VPN stopped working

Starting sometime over the weekend, SSL VPN clients are no longer able to connect. The client tried to reconnect over and over but it never connects.  There was a firmware upgrade recently. Not sure if it coincided with the issue or not.

This is what shows up in the server logs. It's interesting that it shows an non-OpenVPN client protocol. I'm connecting using the Sophos VPN Client. I reinstalled to make sure it was the latest version. No luck. Any idea what's happening?

  • Yeah I already tried reinstalling the VPN client. I've been trying to avoid rolling back the Windows Updates, but that might be the next logical step.

And ? Did you find the root cause of your issues ? Would appreciate a feedback...[;)]
