Amazon VPC freezes UTM 9.305-4

after updating to latest version 9.305 if Amazon VPC is enabled firewall stops working until the WAN is disconnected manual and firewall is rebooted as to not allow for a VPN connection

Several possible causes. Please have your reseller get Sophos support on the case.

the issue is with all 9.3***x firmware so far. whats the best way to notify Astaro?

This is a known issue that we are aware of and will be fixed in 9.306. The tentative release date for 9.306 is Monday
