SSL Site to Site Not Working

Dear All

i am taring to establish tunnel vpn between 2 sophos utm and i created ssl tunnel but not working i have site installed with static ip and another with dynamic i created the side which had a static public ip as server and the second side which had dynamic wan ip as client and not working and this a log 

from side which configured as server
