Site to Site with one end using DHCP

Is it possible to setup an IPsec site to site with the Cisco ASA end using dhcp so their external address changes? I currently have it setup from a Cisco ASA to a Cisco VPN concentrator and its been working for years but want to migrate away from that concentrator. Don't see any options for an IPsec DHCP connection though
