Best way to pass VPN through UTM

Hi,

I'm trying to pass inbound IPsec VPN traffic through the UTM to a concentrator behind the UTM, also will the country filtering still work when done?
Can someone please advise on the best way to achieve this.

    DNATs for the IPSEC ports, and firewall rules.

    Which direction are you asking about for the Country Blocking?
    If you allow the VPN users to use your Internet connection, the Country Blocking should affect their outbound traffic.
