Hi,
Sigh, this is driving me crazy and Sophos tech support are out of ideas so im hoping someone has seen this and can help.
Got the very latest update on SG330 UTM with SSL VPN enabled for 10 staff. All but 1 staff work on the SSL VPN absolutely fine and I mean they get the routing and services they require.
This single user though is a mystery, they have a W7 64bit laptop. Installed the SSL VPN client, worked once and stopped. I then logged onto the laptop as administrator and did the same thing, worked one and then stopped. So I blew the user profile away, tried again and it worked but stopped working after that first successful connection.
The user is a local administrator and runs the SSL VPN with admin rights. When you click Connect it just sits there, no password prompt and then displays the connection failed. If you look at the SSL VPN client's status during this time its blank, nothing is happening and the log file only shows

I've opened the UTM live log and nothing happens so its the client at fault.
I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, blowing away the folder, deleted any reg keys of "openvpn" and still not working.
This user uses the same type of laptop as the other 9 with the same AV package on the same policies. No local firewall on the client is enabled and all have identical updates to the OS (wsus) and packages.
any thoughts or advice would be fantastic
