Stuck on "Resolving host names:"...OpenVPN for Android

For starters, this is my first post/question and I have very little experience with my home UTM 9.209-8. I set it up with video tutorials a while ago and just let it do its thing with no problems only restarting for updates. So, the UTM has a very basic set-up. I also set up the SSL VPN using the Sophos video>> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GGt26ZlerpQ

    Hey Mr. Moderator, since the Zeroeth Rule fixed the "Resolving host names" issue, it seems that the continued discussion is no longer germane to the title of the post. I am wondering if a new thread with the current issue would be in order? If I don't do this it may not get a look from someone that has resolved my issue. 

    Being a total and utter noob to actually participating in a forum(long time listener, first time caller), I am not sure what the polite course of action would be. I don't want to be rude and it to appear that I am baling on much appreciated help.
