SSL VPN Client package disappeared on 2nd login after migration to v9

Hello, 
I migrated to v9.209-8 from latest v8. All seems to work fine except for ssl vpn download area from userportal. It happens a strange thing. The first login of a user permits to download the package. If he logs out and login again, the link disappears. 

Anyway he still can use SSL Vpn, I checked user permission and they are correct. What happens? Any ideas? In attachment you will find two images, first and second login.

EDITED: Note that no issues occurs if I add the user in the groups that is allowed to use IPSEC VPN. In this case he will see only IPSEC client, even if he is also part of SSL VPN users

EDITED 2: It happens only for remotely authenticated users. Note that remote authentication works fine

    On the forums, but keep in mind that the majority of people who post to the forums are home users.  Only a very small percentage of business use/paid licensees come here.



    Hi Scott, the technician told me that in their history cases he didn't find a similar issue...
