HTML5 Tab not shownin User Portal

Hi-

Running Firmware version: 9.209-8

Have set up HTML5 VPN Portal as per instructions.
Checked User Portal advanced for HTML5 allowed.
Re-installed SSL Vpn on client but still no HTML5 Tab after restart
What am I missing here.

Answer found - although I had configured it by the book apparently the user level license does not include Html5 .
Working to resolve that as of now.

The home-use license does include the HTML5. Try clearing the browser cache - any luck with that?
