IPSEC VPN Connection not working anymore

Today i discovered that the IPSEC Remote access connection isnt working anymore.
I am trying to connect from a IPAD running IOS 8.1.1 to a UTM 9.209-8.

When connection is terminated on the ipad the following message appears in the ipsec logs
ERROR: asynchronous network error report on eth1 for message to 94.213.125.95 port 500, complainant 94.213.125.95: Connection refused [errno 111, origin ICMP type 3 code 3 (not authenticated)]

I removed all vpn configurations from the ipad and loaded the ios config from the user portal (before i did this the client was asking for authentication, but since the new profile it isnt anymore causing the issue i have at this moment.

Any idea what i can try to restore the ipsec remote access functionality
