so we know that you cant download the config file on android without a proper signed cert for your user portal see here:- https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/80/t/65151

but as I understand it the astaro does not support certificates that are signed by an intermediate cert authority - which is what most suppliers will only give you now. see here:- https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/51/t/22147

so how do I get round this? when will Sophos get this fixed?

Nathn, there's another thread floating around that I joined because I thought I was having trouble getting a client's UTM to properly present a Comodo Cert with it's correct chain of trust. It turns out that it was just my misunderstanding of how Firefox works and that my first attempt had been successful.
