Unable to access SSL VPN portal.. MTU?

HI there,

I've setup the SSL VPN... all seems well until I try to access the VPN portal.

SSL VPN logs on the UTM show:

2014:11:05-09:40:07 UTM openvpn[22856]: TCP connection established with [AF_INET]10.1.18.28:27324 (via [AF_INET]10.1.16.100:443)

2014:11:05-09:40:07 UTM openvpn[22856]: 10.1.18.28:27324 WARNING: Bad encapsulated packet length from peer (5635), which must be > 0 and

The MTU on all of the interfaces is 1500.
The PC is also at 1500.

I'm testing this over the internal LAN - SSL VPN is set to "ANY" network.

External LAN also fails...

Any ideas how to fix this ?

Solved... me being stupid..

Under Management -> User Portal - everything was not setup.

Now it's working... :-)

What exactly wasn't setup correctly? I am having this exact error message.

Hi, Dave, and welcome to the UTM Community!

Dozer posted lines from the SSL VPN log, but his problem was with the User Portal configuration. What problem are you experiencing?

Bob,

Thank you for the reply - I meant to come back and delete my response as, I too, missed the step for enabling the user portal. I appreciate you taking the time to comment and try to help. I got caught up in Firewall land and completely forgot to come back and delete it. :-D
