UTM to RV042 router VPN

Hello:
I am trying to create a site2site ipsec vpn tunnel with UTM.  No matter what I try I cannot get a successful connection.

Can the UTM connect to the Linksys/Cisco RV042 Router?
I have other tunnels currently working on the RV042.

Any help with this matter will be greatly appreciated.

    A bare-metal hypervisor is one that does not run on top of another OS (or includes it's own OS).

    ESXi and Hyper-V qualify. VMWare Workstation, Parallels, etc. do not.

    I believe that could explain why the system is freezing.

    As far as your networking issues go, have you run a sniffer to see if the traffic is reaching the host and the VM?
