UTM to RV042 router VPN

Hello:
I am trying to create a site2site ipsec vpn tunnel with UTM.  No matter what I try I cannot get a successful connection.

Can the UTM connect to the Linksys/Cisco RV042 Router?
I have other tunnels currently working on the RV042.

Any help with this matter will be greatly appreciated.

    What is a "bare metal HyperVisor"?
    What do you mean by the host system is 'swapping'?

    The virtual UTM is running on VMWare Workstation as follows:

    UTM Webadmin = 10.8.8.2:4444

    Host Network = 192.168.1.0, Dafault Gateway = 192.168.1.1

    Host Machine
             Ethernet0 = LAN NIC; IP=192.168.1.15, 10.8.8.20, no default gateway
             Ethernet1 = WAN NIC; IP = ISP Static settings

    Guest Machine:
             Ethernet0 = Bridged, IP = Local Network 10.8.8.2, Additional IP = 192.168.1.1
             Ethernet1 = NAT; IP = External Network 192.168.126.x, DG = 192.168.126.X

    UTM NAT:  Any network --> External Network

    I have been able to set the UTM online and my internal network accesses the internet.  However, and this is my last piece of the puzzle:  I cannot access the local network from outside--I have firewall rules for VNC tunnels inside the network but I cannot pass the traffic.

    Everything else works fine.

    Am I missing something obvious?
