Cannot access network drives from Site to site VPN Network

I have sophos utm 220 and other utm 120 positioned in other remote areas.

they are connected via Site to site vpn, they can ping each other
but the problem is HO(utm 220) Network cant access network drives from Branch Network(utm 120).

Branch 1 and branch 2 can access network drives but Branches to Head Offices cant access network drive.

    In your drawing you have 3 lines; is every UTM connected to every other UTM like drawn or are branch 1 and branch 2 only connected to HO and not to each other?

    From which network(s) to which network(s) do you need to have traffic? From which network(s) to which network(s) does that already work, and for which doesn't it work yet?
