Can I force Skype traffic over WAN not VPN

I have a site-to-site VPN between two sites and I'm interested in seeing if forcing the Skype traffic over the WAN connection rather than through the VPN would change its quality.

Whats the best way to try this ?


Or has anyone tried this and has hard data to show it doesn't change anything ?

PS - the devices at each end of the VPN are UTM210 with network protection (and one has the additional web protection)
