Remote access log current users

On the UTM under logs, remote access, session tab then drop down to current users you can view currently connect users.  I have a user that says current and has now been on there for 6 days!  

Under remote access online users they aren't there,  I know for a fact they aren't connected but the UTM is saying they are a current user. [:S]

Anyway to remove this from the log?  I have turned off the SSL VPN and it still shows as a current user,  I have also established another connection as the user which then shows up a second current connection.

Any ideas?

    I remember that problem from other production environments, and I think that it is somehow related with forcible closing SSL VPN client without regular disconnecting first.

    I was able to reproduce that issue on my home UTM by creating a SSL VPN connection and then closing the client process from windows Task Manager. I can still see that user is online both in Online Users and in Remote Access logging, probably the session will be first cleared in Online Users...will monitor and post back.

    After about 30 minutes both sessions were cleared out from UTM....obviously this is not related with your scenario, but anyway we learned something new....[:)]

    Ok cool, thanks for the info.  Mine is still saying current user connected, very odd.. and it is apparently pulling and pushing data!? [:S]

    Not sure what else to try, as it's not showing as an online user closing the session via shell may not work as it's not an active session the log thinks it is.

    It finally stopped showing in current seasons after almost 7 days. Very strange! [:)]
