Trouble with Remote Access SSL certificate

I purchased and installed a Comodo SSL cert. Comodo intermediate CA certs were also installed. I followed these 2 guides to create the CSR and install the cert:

Generate a Certificate Signing Request CSR for Astaro Security Gateway

The cert works fine for WebAdmin/Userportal - when viewing the cert properties in a web browser, the cert is valid and trusted all the way to the root.

But I am not able to select the cert for use under Remote Access->SSL->Advanced tab. It doesn't even appear in the Server Certificate drop-down menu.

I've tried re-issuing/reinstalling with no luck. I've also tried installing a free cert from StartSSL, and it doesn't have this behavior - it does show up in the Server Certificate drop-down.

Is there something I'm missing? Will Comodo certs work with Sophos?
