User Portal wont work on any Port instead of 443

Hi,

i wanted to activate the user portal on my new Firewall/Gateway.
But we already use the https port for a webserver redirection.
So i wanted to change the port to 4443 (also tried others)

But if i type "internalIPadress:4443" or "externalIPadress:4443" into the browser it opens a blank site (named: user portal!)

If i switch it back to 443 i can access it from the internal adress BUT only if i type https:// .. if i type "internaladress:443" i get the blank screen, too!

i already installed the latest update but it didn´t help.
