ADSL Bandwith problem

Hello,

Main office:
ADSL: 8 mbit download - 512 kbit upload 
Terminal server

Branch office:
ADLS: 8mbit download - 512 kbit upload
15 pc connecting terminal server

ADSL speed upgrade is not possible. [:(]

What's your suggestions? (Site to site ipsec vpn, site to site ssl, compress, tripledes, aes-128, QoS...)

    I would go for IPsec. Think it has a little less overhead.
    Compression "on" of course. No 3DES, min. AES-128 (just try out if AES-256 is slower). Turn on PFS if it affects performance not too much.

    Maybe a 4G connection would be an option if available at both locations.
