Cisco VPN is dropping

Hi Team,
I am using Cisco VPN client to connect remote site of Sophos UTM 9. But unfortunately encryption stopped and packets start by passing means tunnel goes down.
Whereas SSL VPN client works fine. 
Kindly advise. Thanks

    Hi, Mike, and welcome to the User BB!

    "size (72) differs from size specified in ISAKMP HDR (56)" => I guess there must be something about the client.  Do you see this with other Cisco clients installed on other devices?

    Bob, thanks for the welcome and response. I have bee testing on just one remote system. I will try a different device and see if the outcome is the same.
