Cisco VPN is dropping

Hi Team,
I am using Cisco VPN client to connect remote site of Sophos UTM 9. But unfortunately encryption stopped and packets start by passing means tunnel goes down.
Whereas SSL VPN client works fine. 
Kindly advise. Thanks

    Hi Bob,

    IPsec is dropping after a few minutes or sometimes even it did not gets stable even for a single minute. 

    Kindly could you please advise how can I get debug logs and can share with you to over come this situation.
