Site to Site SSL VPN doest reconnect after reboot (UTM 9.203)

I setup an SSL tunnel between two UTM's (9.2).  I added RAM to my side tonight and after reboot I noticed I couldn't ping the other subnet.  The UTM said the VPN was established so I left a continuous ping going for about 20 minutes.  Nothing.. I then flicked the SSL Connection Status Button off and on.  The pings began replying within 10 seconds.  

Any idea where to start looking?

    Check the SSL VPN log files on each side and show us the 20-30 lines from each side after the reboot.

    Same here at a customer UTM:

    Update 9.203 of "SSL-Server" UTM -> reboot -> Tunnel shown as up but no connection possible (no ping)

    off/on SSL tunnel on "SSL-Client" UTM ->did not help

    off/on SSL tunnel on "SSL-Server" UTM -> Tunnel up & connection/ping works like before

    Don't know if this will happen again after a reboot of the "SSL-Server" UTM

    Both UTMs are one the same UTM Version 9.203003
