New SSL VPN profile -> error message

Hi guys, 

I need a little help decoding this warning message which popped while I was trying to enable SSL VPN remote access (scrshot):

Site-to-site VPN → SSL → Settings: SSL VPN address conflicts with user the portal address. Continuing will use the user portal listen address for SSL VPN as well.

a. This settings are not Site-to-site VPN related, right ?

b. I am not trying to define a new listener here, just reachable network for VPN users (from help: Local networks: Select or add the local network(s) that should be reachable to the selected SSL clients through the VPN)

c. Grammar syntax of this message sounds odd to me (I am not an native English speaker, so I am probably wrong about it ..[:)]
