SSL Remote Access, change port without affecting users

Hi

Right now, all our VPN users uses port 1112 to connect to their workplace.
Now i want to change it to port to 443 (because 1112 often are blocked at airports, hotels etc.)

to change from 1112 to 443 is easy.
but is there a way to make this change where all the users config files are automatically updated, so the users don't have to login to the sophos user portal and have to reinstall/update their vpn software

  • No ... you will either need to come up with your own script to update their existing config files (I've not done this, but it's conceptually possible), or have them download an updated configuration installation from the End User Portal.

Just as i thought, but thanks for your answer, seems we have to get our users to update through the user portal then (thank God all our user are so good with computers - sarcasm may be used [:)] )
