I have been playing with the Remote Access VPN HTML5 Portal. I create an HTTP link to a QNAP File Manager page. The link works fine. I then wish for the user to download a file I am presenting to them. I first get "Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page" message. I click "Install Missing Plugin" and I get a dialogue window "Plugin Finder Service" and "No suitable Plugins were found". I move pass it.
I then select the file I wish to download and I get the "Nighty prevented this site from opening a pop-up window". I click on "preference" to allow this site to present pop-ups, but it never works. I have tried this with Firefox, Safari, Chrome and IE. I have disabled pop-ups in each browser. This leads me to believe that this message is not associated with the browser I am using, but a native pop-up blocker within the Astaro FW HTML5 portal.
Has anyone come across this? Is there any way to disable this? The portal is useless to me unless I get allow pop-us to open or save files for downloading purposes.
