HELP - Error with SSL VPN when outside network

Hi guys,

This is my first time here, and I very newbee at this....

I have the Sophos Release 9.200-11 and configured the Remote Access for Windows 7.

If I tried to connect the vpn when inside the network, it works perfectly....

but when I tried to connect outside the network (for the real use) it appears an error saying something about drivers in a directory.

The remote access profile is jr.vicente>>internal network (firewall rule checkd)
Settings - port 443
override hostname - 192.168.1.20

Pool Network - VPN Pool (SSL)

Masquerading - VPN Pool >> External network

Anyone can help me with this?

    192.168.1.20 is a private IP. You cannot use this outside your network. Use your puplic IP or hostname instead.

    And, you will be much happier if you bridge your ISPs modem so that the UTM has a public IP on its External interface.

    I had the same problem. Turns out the issue was a NAT rule forwarding port 443 to another service that was setup. Make sure that the VPN port is not being forwarded anywhere. If so, you will need to change your VPN setup to use another port that's not being used.
