Openvpn site to site strange behaviour

Hi,

I've set up a open VPN site to site connection between to networks.
Network a: 192.168.254.0/24 VPN server mode
Network b: 172.18.0.0/24 VPN client mode

Everything is working fine except this strange behaviour:

In network b is a VoIP phone, in network a a VoIP server.
The phone is not able to connect to the VoIP server.
I can ping the phone from network a, but not connect to the web interface of the phone.
I can ping the VoIP server from network b.
Computers in Network b and a can access computers via rdp and smb in the opposite network.
Firewall log are not showing any entries about the not working connections.
Any service is allowed between a and B and B and a.

Any suggestions?
