[9.109-1] IPSec connection with BlackBerry 10

Hey friends,
since 3 month we have a small group of new users where get an BlackBerry 10 device. To bind them in the ActiveSync i install on all the recomended certificates and doing some settings.
Very often (on 3 devices anytime) i get an timeout on the device for establishing the VPN.

- latest Softwareupdate on phones,
- alle have the same carrier,
- change from Hostname to IP in VPN settings for testing,
- full reset of the phone device

Have someone experience with BB10 an VPN to UTM?

    I have no experience with the BB10, but maybe looking at the IPsec log from the UTM might help.  Things that can cause such problems are pings blocked by other routers and misconfiguration in the IPsec client.
