HTML5 VPN Idle Issue

Hi,

we have recently deployed HTML5 VPN Portal to our users and everything works fine apart from small detail....Whenever user will be idle for 5+ min then the session will become unresponsive and there will be no way of coming back rather then close and reconnect. It has been tested on several different PCs with Firefox 26 and Internet Explorer 10/11 installed.

Sophos Frimware Detaills below
Firmware version: 9.107-33
Pattern version: 56556
