SSL Remote Access and User Portal not available via external interface

For a few days, the SSL Remote Access and the User Portal are not available on the external interface on one of our UTM 9s. We did not make any changes. Last week everything was ok. We have already rebooted the UTM. Access from an internal interface is ok.

Any ideas?

  • Does ifconfig show errors on the interface?

    If not, what do you see in the client and server logs for a single connection attempt?
