User Portal Does not work from explorer 10

we operate SophosUTM220 

Firmware version: 9.106-17

We use SSLVPN(remote access)
But User Portal Does not work form Internet explorer10

Explorer10 debugging message
"SCRIPT438: object 'update' does not support the property or method."

Is there a way to solve the problem?

    i've used ie10 and 11 with user portals on utm including the most recent version.  Is your a/v int he way?  try turning it off.  Also add the utm's user portal site as a trusted site into ie and see if that works.

    I bet IE shows an "empty" page with just a logo. Had the same thing myself a few times from some PC's. Didn't really look further, but always use firefox which doesn't have this problem.

    Make sure compatibility mode is deactivated for the utm user page
