I am sure you can run SSL site-2-site, IPSec site-2-site and Remote access SSL together, I had this setup myself in the past. I guess adding cisco wouldn't make a difference and should also work. I do however not know if you can connect from the same source-IP using all those different methods at the same time, but then again that wouldn't make sense.
