Character restrictions in usernames and password

Hi Everyone,

We are integrating our EU colleagues and have encountered issues with passwords and usernames that contain umlauts.  We are running v8.309.

I have been asked to provide documentation of the acceptable characters for the VPN and Proxy.  So far I have not found this topic formally documented anywhere.  Can someone provide this list or a link?

    This was a known issue, but I thought it had been fixed by 8.309.  You should Up2Date to 8.311 immediately, but I would go to 9.106-17 as soon as you can.

    This was a known issue, but I thought it had been fixed by 8.309.  You should Up2Date to 8.311 immediately, but I would go to 9.106-17 as soon as you can.
