SSL VPN and DNS / NBNS Issue

hi,
we are connected with with ssl vpn to our company network, IP addresses and DNS server settings wil be successfully transmitted, as well as the wins server settings.
but the windows 7 client tries to resolve names by using NBNS (udp/137) instead through dns , after more than 5 minutes my client tries it by using dns

nslookup works well, right at the beginning, but a simple ping comes with this behavior from above :-(

any ideas ?
