Possible BUG: PPTP hands out old DNS and domain record

Hi there,

9.105-9

I had to change the DNS servers and domain for my PPTP users in Remote Access -> Advanced.

PPTP users still get the old DNS and domain settings despite them disconnecting / reconnecting, rebooting the firewall, starting/stopping DHCP service.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Hi, you might have to re-download the VPN config files from the User Portal.

PPTP ... no files required.

On the clients, ipconfig /flushdns

I tried;

ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release & ipconfig /renew

Does nothing. I think it's a bug. How does one post bugs to Sophos these days?

I'm unable to reproduce this. Have you checked the setting in the UTM?
