L2TP VPN Problem

I assume you and "all other PCs" are not in the same location as your UTM.  It sounds like the router you are behind needs some configuration or should be replaced with a better one.

Instead of that, change to the SSL VPN.  If you can change the protocol from TCP to UDP on the 'Settings' tab, you will get much better performance.  Your router or your ISP may prevent that though.

if I'm connected via VPN, I (the remote PC) the PC's and the UTM are in the same Subnet 192.168.2.0. And the UTM routes my traffic to my Fritz.Box 192.168.178.1. I'm dunno with SSL-VPN I like IPsec or L2TP more~~

what can I do?

So, is the following correct?

PC-->Internet-->Fritzbox-->UTM-->home network

What are the IPs on the UTM's interfaces?  What IPs are in "VPN Pool (L2TP)" - 10.242.3.0/24?

Is there a reason to not let the UTM have a public IP and do away with or bridge the Fritzbox?

I would urge you to learn how to bridge the Fritzbox so that you can have a public IP on the UTM.  IPsec is "unhappy" with NAT.

Do not configure L2TP/IPsec to use the same DHCP server as your internal network.  Routing is confused when a Remote Access client has an IP inside "Internal (Network)."
