New Client connects once on SSL VPN and then Will not connect - Retries with this error each time.

Anyone else seeing this issue?

    What operating system ? WIN7 64bit - All machines I have tried this on fail with this error

    Are you running with administrative rights ? Yes - the only time I can get this to work sometimes is right after a fresh install and possibly every other reboot...
