vpn wierd error

Hi team !

when i am connecting to my astaro vpn server .  it is giving following error.

there is already a user  connected to this session and sessoin
sharing is not allowed

i m not sure how to  trouble shoot this error . As i supposed all users sessions are  unique .

Hi ,

If they are using internal website , why not just let them install the ssl VPN client and then surf this site ?

we have close to   18  web site . HTML5 vpn   is  user friendly  too . they dont need to worry about urls etc ....  if  the url's   change we dont need to go users to  fetch them details ...

it  lower management  on admins ....

besides  from users prepective ..if they wana telnet X  click this

want to go to web site click B .. want this click Z this is easy for them ..

Hi ,

As I told you , only one user at a time to the same object ( connection ) or shared session , this is what the UTM accept.
You can also read it in the help , it's very clear and no other options.
The other option is the ssl VPN client.

If you need for joe and bob to be able to access simultaneously in different sessions, you must create a separate portal for each person.
