User Portal just a blank screen after update

It seems post one of the last few updates my user portal and thus my access to VPN download packages is gone.

I try to access it and the page header states USER PORTAL but the screen is blank.

I have tried from inside and outside my network and also the clearing the web cache with no luck?

Anyone seen this issue?

Or solved it?

  • On our internal UTM, I'm having problems, too.  IE9 is working fine.

    With Safari (iPhone), I don't even get the login screen.  If it weren't for this, I would suspect Endpoint (it's not acting right) on the laptop.

    With FireFox (laptop Win7 Pro), I can logon, but never get past the logon screen.  Everything works fine on a customer's UTM which is also on 9.105-9.

    From my old desktop (WinXP Pro), everything works fine everywhere.

  • Its a problem with the compatibility view.

    Try to press F12 and change it to IE9 Standard View.
