User Portal just a blank screen after update

It seems post one of the last few updates my user portal and thus my access to VPN download packages is gone.

I try to access it and the page header states USER PORTAL but the screen is blank.

I have tried from inside and outside my network and also the clearing the web cache with no luck?

Anyone seen this issue?

Or solved it?

    I have the same problem with IE 8.
    I'm running the firmware version 9.104-17 on a HA enviroment (2 UTM 220 boxes active-passive).

    The most estrange thing is that when I set up the proxy on IE, even excluding the UTM's IP address from proxy, the User Portal shows a blank screen. If I take off the proxy settings, User Portal works fine.

    At proxy log file, I found this:

    I have a opened case with Sophos Support, but till now they aren't know how to fix the problem.

    If someone have any suggestion, I will be thankful!
