User Portal just a blank screen after update

It seems post one of the last few updates my user portal and thus my access to VPN download packages is gone.

I try to access it and the page header states USER PORTAL but the screen is blank.

I have tried from inside and outside my network and also the clearing the web cache with no luck?

Anyone seen this issue?

Or solved it?

    Hi,
    on one HA-Cluster I have the same issue since update to 9.103-5 (UTM425).

    Chrome and Firefox are extreamly slow and with the Internet Explorer the userportal looks like this

    There, I have no opportunity to sign in.
    If I disable the computability mode, the Userportal ist slow, but some times, I can log in, but very slow.

    That is no normal behavior and before (the last update, I think) there were no problems.

    When you log in are you using https:// in from of the URL?
