BGP Not working for IPSEC Site to Site VPN

Greetings,

My BGP setup is not working. Here is my Configuration:

Neighbors
: 169.254.255.78/30 (Sophos) - Mine
AS 7224

: 169.254.255.77/30 (Juniper SRX 210) - Site
AS 65100

The issue I am having is my BGP is not working. I am thinking it is my configuration in the Sophos UTM9. In order to figure out if this is my issue or my remote sites issue, I need a step by step on how to add a proper BGP configuration to Sophos, correctly. As I think I muddled it up. The end point unit is a Juniper SRX 210.

    This is the pitimy of my experience. No support contact and can't update. 

    A little history...I am using a AMI from AWS[Amazon] that I got from the AWS Marketplace. This AMI or "image" will not update correctly, it fails after each time I try to update it as well when I try to download the up2date manually, as well I have zero access to support other than the Bulletin Boards. I have contacted Sophos directly asking for a Evaluation License as well as access to support for my project. Once a POC is in place I will purchase a regular license. However, Sophos has not gotten back to me with that yet, and my director is pushing me to get this done ASAP. So I am kinda hooped. 

    I have been searching for a guide to add my BGP configuration for awhile and can't find anything that can show me how it should look/ be added to Sophos.

    I hope that makes more sense.
